Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free of charge. We do not add any extra delivery fees.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is usually processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping takes place Monday–Friday.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and meet the requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer direct exchanges.
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Please email us first to obtain the return address.
We do not provide a prepaid return label — the customer covers return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the same payment method used at checkout.
