Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund.
The only exception: Return shipping costs must be covered by you.

Please contact us at info@orlaset.com , and we will provide you with the return address.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition – with all tags attached.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging.

  • Personalized products are excluded from exchange.

Returns

  • Please create your own return label and include it in the package.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels – the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – Contact Us

  • Include a photo and a brief description of the issue

  • Provide your order number

We will review your case and get back to you with a solution.
Please note: Damages or errors must be reported within 30 days.

Wrong Size or Color – Contact Us

If the item does not fit or is not what you expected, you can return it.
The same conditions apply: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Original packaging or shop tag is required

  • Please include an invoice or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If everything is in order, we will refund your payment within 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued in British Pounds (£) according to the original payment method.

  • Please check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider – sometimes processing takes time

  • If nothing has arrived after a few days, contact us – we’ll be happy to help

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
