Shipping within United Kingdom is completely free of charge ( £0.00).

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Your order is usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery typically takes within 6–8 business days.

  • Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed by 14:00 will be processed the same day.

Total delivery time

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive (1–2 days processing time + 6–8 days shipping time).

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this to check the current status of your order anytime via the “Track Order” page on our website – including location and estimated delivery date.

Canceling an Order
